    Log upload form:



    Log file:
    <--- Click this button to open a file search dialogue window. Locate and select your log file in this window click the button in low right corner of the window. This will close the dialogue and the file address appears in the 'Log file' box.

    Once uploaded log file can be replaced with its new version. To avoid any unauthorised change a check number (password) was sent to you by the confirming e-mail. If you wish to change your log, fill in please the check number (password). After successful upload you will receive a confirmation e-mail with new check number.
    Left the box 'Check number (password)' empty for the first log upload in an active round.

    Instruction

    • Attach your log file from a disc ---> See description above
       Use your callsign as the file name; use appropriate file extension according to your file type:
      • CBR, LOG a TXT for Cabrillo file
      • EDI for EDI file
      • CSV for simplified log file
    • Fill in your call sign and your e-mail address into appropriate boxes.
    • Click the Upload the log button to finalize the process.
    • After successful upload you will receive a confirmation to the provided e-mail address.

    Information

  • The logs' receiving is active only 7 days (168 hours) as from the respective round begin.
  • Understand the CABRILLO format as either of CABRILLO V2.0 or CABRILLO V3.0.
  • Please check thoroughly that all formal rules for the log file structure were observed, especially in case of Cabrillo and EDI logs.
  • Files with wrong structure that can damage results of other stations can be deleted from evaluation.

  • Files with other extensions than CBR, LOG, CSV, TXT, and EDI will be refused as well as files longer than 50kB.

    Please try once more upload your log via this form. If the problem persists describe it in an e-mail and attach your rightly formatted log to your e-mail. Use your call sign as a file name and use extension CBR, LOG, CSV, TXT, or EDI (i.e. OK1XYZ.CBR).

    The possibility to send your log via e-mail is intended only for the real emergency cases. Do not abuse it please.
    A log sent via email without the description of the problems appearing with sending it via this web-form might be rejected.


    Within 24 hours you should receive a confirming e-mail and your callsign should be included in the list of received logs. If not, please repeat the action. Please don't forgot to describe in your e-mail the kind of the problem appeared. Your information will be used to improve this form functionality. Use your call sign as a subject of the e-mail.
    Please consider that this way is in some respect unreliable (includes human factor) and gives weak guarantee of right delivery of your log and including it into evaluation.
